Charbroiled on Japanese cast iron, sealing in flavor and aroma.

We have made our charbroiled burgers even better. Our patties are now cooked on a grill grate made of Nanbu Tekki, traditional Japanese cast ironware. The new grate holds the flame’s heat exceptionally well, grilling every patty evenly at a high, steady temperature. Each one comes off the grill with a seared crust on the outside and rich, savory beef flavor on the inside.
